Blogalysis
I decided to do a little analysis of the blogging habits of my siblings. The following table shows the number of posts per sibling per month over the last 12 months.
| Jimmy | LA | Sue | Kay | |
| July 2007 | 10 | 6 | 2 | 1 |
| June 2007 | 8 | 6 | 1 | 2 |
| May 2007 | 15 | 16 | 6 | 2 |
| April 2007 | 9 | 7 | 3 | 4 |
| March 2007 | 7 | 7 | 1 | 1 |
| February 2007 | 7 | 6 | 0 | 0 | January 2007 | 10 | 6 | 4 | 2 |
| December 2006 | 13 | 13 | 3 | 2 |
| November 2006 | 21 | 10 | 1 | 3 |
| October 2006 | 9 | 6 | 1 | 3 |
| September 2006 | 13 | 6 | 4 | 5 |
| August 2006 | 22 | 10 | 11 | 12 |
| TOTALS | 144 | 99 | 42 | 37 |
Here are some of my observations regarding the data:
1. The number of posts corresponds with placement in the family (Jimmy, firstborn, has the most posts, LA, second-born, has the 2nd highest number of posts, etc.).
2. Jimmy has the highest number of posts in a single month (22 in August 2006).
3. Sue and Kay are tied with the lowest number of posts in a single month.
4. With a few exceptions (notably August and November 2006), Jimmy and I post about the same number of posts per month — and the number fluctuates. In April, Jimmy had 9 posts to my 7. The next month, Jimmy had 14 to my 16.
4. Almost without exception, Sue and Kay post about the same number of posts per month.
Conclusion: Sue and Kay need to post more.
